It's a quiet day, covered in clouds that we are all hoping will bring a storm. We could really use some rain around here. I'm baking flat bread to go with tonight's dinner (falafel salad), printing the second-to-last layer on some custom invitations, and moving those herb starts up there into their grown-up pots. The Olympics are keeping my company, acting as background noise that occasionally breaks through and forces me to sit down and take in the excitement.

Yesterday, today and into the near future I am working on a BIG textile art project that is due the end of August. I would love to putter (which is why I'm reading your blog rather than getting down to it!).
